《九围国际总部先导区城市设计国际竞赛》即将启动，现面向全球优秀的设计机构开放预报名意向登记，正式公告即将发布。

The International Competition for the Urban Design of Jiuwei International Headquarters Pilot Area is about to be launched, and pre-registration intention registration is now open for outstanding design institutions around the world,and the official announcement will be released soon.

九围位于深圳市宝安区，是深圳临空经济区的重要组成部分，也是深圳市谋划的30大总部集聚区之一。深大城际的建设将九围与机场东枢纽紧密连接，深中通道建成后，九围可半小时直达珠江西岸，未来将成为深圳链接湾区、面向内外双循环的重要战略支点，九围国际总部先导区是其中的核心功能承载区，总面积约2.6平方公里，是深圳向湾发展前沿地区的稀缺增量空间。

Located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Jiuwei is an important part of Shenzhen Airport Economic Zone and one of the 30 headquarters agglomeration areas planned by Shenzhen.The intercity rail from Shenzhen to Daya Bay will closely connect Jiuwei with the airport east hub. After the traffic channel from Shenzhen to Zhongshan, Jiuwei can directly reach the west bank of the Pearl River in half an hour. In the future, it will become an important strategic fulcrum for Shenzhen to link the bay area and face both internal and external circulationand the Jiuwei International Headquarters Pilot Area is the core functional bearing area, with a total area of about 2.6 square kilometers, which is a scarce incremental space for Shenzhen to face the frontier area of the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

为充分发挥九围国际总部先导区战略价值，由宝安区人民政府主办，深圳市规划和自然资源局宝安管理局、深圳市宝安区湾区发展事务中心承办，开展本次九围国际总部先导区城市设计国际竞赛，以国际化的视野、前瞻性的思维、创造性的设计，指导片区高水平规划、高标准建设。

In order to fully realize the strategic value of the Jiuwei International Headquarters Pilot Area, hosted by the People’s Government of Bao’an District, organized by the Bao’an Administration of Planning and Natural Resources of Shenzhen Municipality and Shenzhen Bao’an the Bay Area Development Services Center, the Jiuwei International Headquarters Pilot Area Urban Design International Competition was launched,guiding the high-level planning and high-standard construction of the Area with an international perspective,forward-looking thinking and innovative design.

本次竞赛工作范围西、北至沈海高速、东至福洲大道–二级水源线、南至铁石水库水质保障库，总面积约2.6平方公里。

The scope of work of this competition is Shenhai Expressway in the west and north, Fuzhou Avenue and secondary water source line in the east, and the water quality assurance reservoir in the south side, with a total area of about 2.6 square kilometers.

本次竞赛旨在向全球征集最具创意、最具未来适应性的空间设计方案。

The competition aims to solicit the most creative and future-oriented spatial design solutions from
around the world that can be adapted to multiple functions.

以国际化的视野深入研究以临空经济为核心的总部区建设特点与趋势，提炼面向未来的总部园区建设理念，打造独具吸引力的总部新范式，助力深圳参与全球经济竞合。

With an international perspective, we will deeply study the characteristics and trends of the construction of the headquarters area with the airport economy as the core,refine the construction concept of the future-oriented headquarters park,create a unique new paradigm of the headquarters, and help Shenzhen participate in the global economic competition and cooperation.

建立面向未来、秩序清晰、弹性适应的整体空间框架，提出兼具未来性与可行性的空间发展蓝图；提供具有一定可操作性的系统解决方案，为下一步规划工作提供设计指引。

Establish an overall spatial framework that is future-oriented, with clear order and flexible adaptation, and put forward a spatial development blueprint that is both futuristic and feasible; Provide system solutions with certain operability to provide design guidance for the next planning work.

• 资格预审阶段：主办方组建资格预审委员会，综合考虑公司资信、公司相关业绩、团队实力和概念提案等，评选出6家资格预审阶段入围单位（无排序），及2家备选单位（有排序）进入方案设计阶段。
• Pre-qualification stage: The sponsor shall establish a pre-qualification committee, comprehensively consider the company’s creditworthiness, relevant performance of the company, team strength and A brief study of urban design, etc., and select 6 shortlisted units in pre-qualification stage (without ranking) and 2 candidate units (with ranking) to enter the scheme design stage. 
• 方案设计及评审阶段：6家入围单位递交最终成果方案，由主办方组建方案评审委员会，进行方案评审及排名，对应单位将获得相应奖金。
• Scheme design and review stage:Six shortlisted units submit the final outcome schemes, and the sponsor shall establish a scheme review committee to review and rank the schemes, and the
  corresponding unit will receive the corresponding bonus.
