项目概况
Project Overview
本项目位于广东省深圳市龙岗区大运片区国际大学园路北部，用地分布于神仙岭水库南北两岸，距离地铁3号线（龙岗线）大运站约5.5公里。在临近本项目的盐龙大道与龙翔大道交汇处，深圳音乐学院东侧，规划有地铁21号线大运大学城站。
The project is located in the north of International University Campus Road, Universiade New Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, and distributed on the north and south banks of Shenxianling Reservoir. The Universiade Station of Metro Line 3 (Longgang Line) is approximately 5.5 kilometers from the project. The Universiade University City Station of metro line 21 is planned to be established, which is close to the site, near the junction of Yanlong Avenue and Longxiang Avenue, on the east side of Shenzhen Conservatory of Music.

The construction land area is about 190,800 sqm. The area of the management scope is about 20,300 sqm.

3. 管理范围线位于北园东北侧，管理范围线内为不可建设用地，但需考虑与北园的交通衔接及场地的景观设计。
The management scope is located on the northeast side of the North Campus. The land within the management scope is non-construction but the traffic connection between the management scope and the North Campus should be considered.
4. 南园、北园用地范围内涉及规划蓝线。
The land of the South Campus and the North Campus involves the Urban Blue Line.
5. 北园现状用地内与神仙岭水库间有联通的水系（具有排洪功能）；南园用地范围内有龙清输水管线和保护范围（水管渠蓝线）穿越用地，用地东北角涉及部分水库泄洪通道。
Water system for flood discharge that connects with Shenxianling Reservoir in the North Campus is shown on the map; within the scope of the South Campus, there are Longqing water delivery pipe and conservation zone (blue line of pipe canal) built through the land, as well as the northeast corner of the land, which partly involves flood discharge channel of the reservoir.

本次设计招标总建筑面积551918平方米，根据项目南园、北园用地情况，南园暂定总建筑面积约380018平方米（包括暂定新建建筑面积371830平方米，启动大楼改造面积8188平方米）；北园暂定新建总建筑面积约171900平方米。

建设内容包括：教室、实验室、图书馆、室内体育用房、行政办公用房、院系及教师办公用房、师生活动用房、会堂、学生宿舍、教师宿舍、食堂、专职科研机构用房 、重点实验室、动物实验中心、继续教育用房 、教学陈列用房、产学研及创业用房、临床教学实习用房、红十字应急救护培训基地、后勤附属用房、地下车库及设备用房。
The construction includes: classrooms, laboratories, libraries, indoor sports rooms, administrative office rooms, department and teachers’ office rooms, teachers and students activity rooms, halls, student dormitories, teacher dormitories, canteens, and full-time scientific research institutions, key laboratories, animal experimentation centers, continuing education rooms, teaching and exhibition rooms, industry-university-research and entrepreneurship rooms, clinical teaching and practice rooms, Red Cross emergency rescue training bases, logistics auxiliary rooms, underground garages and equipment rooms.
本项目建筑各项设计须严格满足国家及深圳现行有关规范或规定的要求。
The design of this project must strictly meet the requirements of the relevant current regulations at both national and municipal level.
